SMS Terms of Service

These terms govern the text messaging program operated by Gordon James Realty, a trade name of CapitalRE Limited Liability Company ("Gordon James Realty", "we", "us", or "our"). By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

Gordon James Realty sends SMS and MMS text messages to property owners, residents, vendors, and staff who have an existing business relationship with us or who have requested contact. Messages relate to maintenance requests and work orders, service and appointment scheduling, property and account matters, and replies to inquiries you have initiated. This is not a marketing or promotional program.

How to Opt In

You may join the program by:

• Providing your mobile number in a signed property management agreement, residential lease, or vendor service agreement that discloses text message communication
• Submitting the opt-in form at gordonjamesrealty.com/sms-opt-in
• Providing your mobile number verbally to a Gordon James Realty representative during service coordination
• Texting START to (571) 450-3227

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, service, or tenancy.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your relationship with us and on activity related to your property, work order, or account.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Gordon James Realty does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply based on your plan. Contact your carrier for details.

How to Opt Out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START or submit the opt-in form again.

Supported Carriers

The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date and takes effect when posted.
